She made history becoming the first Native woman to win the Golden Globe award for Best Actress in a Dramatic Film. She became the first Indigenous woman in Golden Globes history to win the award for best actress in a drama for her role "Mollie" in the Killer of The Flower Moon film. She delivered part of her acceptance speech in the Blackfeet language. Lily is also nominated for the Oscars. |
